зональная ликвация
Ликвация в отд. частях (зонах) преимущ. в горизонт. плоскости слитка или отливки. 3. л. в вертик. плоскости относят к ликвации по плотности (удельному весу) и рассматривают самостоят, (см. Гравитационная ликвация). Различают прямую, или нормальную, з. л., когда наружные слои обогащены первично кристаллиз. компонентами сплава, и обратную ликвацию с противоположной направлен. изменения состава. Гл. фактор, определ. возникновение и интенсивность прямой ликвации, — вымывание маточного р-ра из кристаллич. каркаса в жидкую часть сплава, а гл. фактор, определ. возникновение и интенсив. обратной ликвации, — заполнение усадки в тв. каркасе не жидкостью средн. состава, а обогащ. (или обедн.) маточным р-ром. Типичный пример прямой л. — повыш. содерж. S, P и С в центр. зоне стальных слитков. Обратная л. проявляется, напр., в отливках из Sn-бронзы, в непрерывнолитых заготовках из Аl-сплавов, в к-рых ликвируют легир. компоненты Сu, Zn, Mg.
Относительная неоднородность состава при з. л. значит, меньше, чем при дендритной. Так, напр., при кристаллизации сплава Аl с 5 % Сu, содерж. Сu на периферии и в центре кристаллита отличается в 2—3 раза, а разница в содерж. Сu по сеч. слитка не превыш. 20—30 %. Но влияние з. л. на неоднородность св-в полуфабрикатов м. б. существ, больше, чем влияние дендрит, з. л., и гомогенизацией не устраняется.
